Dr.S.Pavithra completed her MBBS in Goa University, Goa Medical College (2005). Completed her MD Dermatology in Goa University, Goa Medical College (2009).

She is exclusively trained in Lasers : Diode hair removal laser (the latest Soprano XL in SHR mode). The Fractionated Ablative Pixel (Erbium) Laser 2940nm, Erbium-YAG, Candela 1450 Diode Laser, Q-switched Nd-Yag- 532 & 1064nm, IPL 540 & 570nm and the latest M22 IPL platform from Lumenis.

Various types of Chemical peels, Dermabrasion, Electrocautery, Radiofrequency, Mesotherapy, Cryosurgery, Botox, Fillers, Phototherapy etc.

She worked as Consultant Dermatologist and Cosmetologist in Derma-care, Skin and Cosmetology Centre, Mangalore with the renowned Laser pionerist ‘Dr.Ganesh S.Pai ’for a period of 2 yrs. She worked as Assistant Professor, Dept of Dermatology, Yenepoya Medical College, Mangalore (05/11/2009 to 18/04/2011). Presently she is working as Consultant dermatologist and Cosmetologist at KMCH hospital.

Special Areas of Interest

Received the Neutrogena IADVL- AAD reciprocal scholarship for the year 2011 to New Orleans, United states (69th Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology).
